This function is only for programs developed in .NET and depending on your system, can be in two cases.

In the normal case the error window will pop up like the picture below and by clicking on “Send error report”, an error report is sent for our support team.

In another case you may click “send email” and an email of necessary info is sent to us. It is possible that the settings for sending such email is not set properly on your system. In this case, do as below:

 • Click on the double-arrows button and then click on “Copy to clipboard”.

 • Open notepad and click "Paste" on the "Edit" menu.

 • Save the file and then send it (with a phone number attached) to Help@rahnamad.com
